KU Industries Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 & PED certified, steel foundries with no-bake sand foundry and a machine shop. We produce steel castings in weights ranging from 15 kg to 6000 kg in a wide variety of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, wear-resistant, heat-resistant steel and various high nickel alloy materials including monel, duplex steel and more.

The foundry has the capability to manufacture and supply the steel castings in a short lead time with consistent quality at affordable price.

About Us

KU Industries Private Limited is one of the leading Steel foundry in India with high technical capabilities, advanced technologies and has a built up capacity to produce 2,000 tons of Steel castings per annum. KU Industries Private Limited has over 15 years of experience in producing various grades of Steel Castings. (Please Click Here to know the Specific Material Grades that KUI can produce). From inception, KU Industries Private Limited have been manufacturing and supplying Steel Castings for Oil & Gas, Energy, Earth Moving, Chemical, Paper & Pulp, Mining and High Engineering Industrial sectors.

Currently our manufacturing facilities have a built up area of about 18,500 Sq.mtr. from the total area of 90,000 Sq/mtr.

Our plant is equipped with independent, dedicated process facilities including in house Fettling, Heat Treatment, NDT Testing (MPI and UT). Also, we can conduct DP test at inhouse. KU Industries Private Limited is located in Coimbatore, Southern part of India and reachable to most parts of the world in short transit times with frequent sailings throughout the world.

Apart from ISO 9001 & PED/AD 2000 W0, our foundry has been certified by Lloyd's Register for manufacturing castings in carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel and alloy steel.

Universal Testing Machine

Universal Testing Machine, 40 ton machine equipped with electronic extensometer.

Hardness Testing

Hardness testing, One machine capable of checking hardness by Brinnell and Rockwell methods.

In-House NDT

In addition to our in-house NDT capabilities, we maintain close relationships with fully certified X-ray and ultrasonic testing vendors in our area for third-party certification.
